Tigers snap skid; edge Angels
The Detroit Tigers snapped a four-game losing skid by defeating the LA Angels 2-1 Saturday night at Comerica Park.

Magglio Ordonez and Curtis Granderson drove in the Tigers runs. Edwin Jackson went the distance for the win, allowing four hits and one run.
Bobby Abreu drove in the only run for the Angels. Kelvim Escobar gave up two runs over five innings in the loss.
