Tigers sweep White Sox
The Detroit Tigers got down early and came back to defeat the Chicago White Sox 4-3 Friday night at Comerica Park and swept the doubleheader.
Chicago won the game as +125 underdogs, while the seven runs went UNDER the posted over/under (10).
Carlos Guillen had two hits and drove in one run to lead the Tigers. Brandon Lyon got the win, and Fernando Rodney collected his 21st save.
Jermaine Dye belted a two-run homer to lead the way for the White Sox, while Scott Linebrink pitched one inning of relief in a losing effort.
