Royals rally to upend Indians
The Kansas City Royals hit-back-to-back home runs and scored four runs in the ninth inning to defeat the Cleveland Indians 6-5 Tuesday night at Kauffman Stadium.
Kansas City won the game as +115 underdogs, and the 11 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8.5).
Mark Teahen went 2-for-4 at the plate, including a solo home run and two RBIs. Kyle Farnsworth tossed the ninth inning and picked up the win.
Kelly Shoppach belted a two-run homer to lead the Indians. Kerry Wood surrendered four runs in relief and was tagged with the loss.
