Indians double Royals; clinch series
Grady Sizemore drove in one run and scored three times Wednesday, as the Cleveland Indians defeated the Kansas City Royals 4-2 in the rubber match of a three-game series at Kauffman Stadium.
Cleveland won the game as +110 underdogs, while the six runs went UNDER the posted over/under (9.5).
Matt LaPorta went 2-for-4 at the plate with a solo home run for the Indians. David Huff pitched six innings for the win, and Kerry Wood closed out the game for his 16th save.
Miguel Olivo had two hits and drove in one run for the Royals. Luke Hochevar gave up eight hits and four runs over 6 1-3 innings in the loss.
