Delmon Young homered and drove in three runs to lead the Minnesota Twins past the Kansas City Royals 6-4 in a sweep of the three-game series at Kauffman Stadium Wednesday afternoon.

The Twins won the game as -137 favorites, while the 10 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (9.5) set by sportsbooks.

Brian Duensing allowed eight hits and two runs over six innings for the Twins victory, while Jon Rauch closed out the ninth for his 21st save.

Brian Bannister surrendered 11 hits and five earned runs over his six innings in the Royals loss.
