Twins hammer Rangers

Justin Morneau drove in five runs Saturday, as the Minnesota Twins pounded the Texas Rangers 14-2 at the Metrodome.

Minnesota won the game as a -115 favorite, and the 16 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (10.5).

Morneau finished 2-for-4 at the plate and belted a two-run dinger. Joe Mauer homered and drove in three runs for the Twins. Livan Hernandez tossed seven innings for the victory, allowing two runs off five hits.

Chris Davis drove in both Rangers runs with a two-run homer. Matt Harrison was rocked for eight runs off nine hits in five innings in the loss.
