The Cleveland Indians scored seven runs in the seventh inning to come back and defeat the heavily favored New York Yankees 13-11 Saturday afternoon.

Lou Marson went 3-for-5 and drove in three runs for the Indians. Rafael Perez earned the win in relief, and Kerry Wood closed out the game for his second save.
