The Oakland A’s scored three runs in the sixth inning as they defeated the San Francisco Giants 4-1 Friday night at McAfee Coliseum.

Oakland won the game as -170 favorites, while the five runs fell UNDER the posted over/under (8).

Jack Hannahan drove in two runs to lead the A’s. Dana Eveland tossed 7 1-3 innings to earn the victory, and Huston Street got his 15th save.

Randy Winn drove on the lone run in a losing effort for the Giants. Keiiche Yabu allowed three runs in relief and was tagged with the loss.
