Ellis powers A's over Orioles

Mark Ellis hit a walk-off home run in the 10th inning to lift the Oakland A's to a 6-5 win over the Baltimore Orioles Wednesday afternoon and a sweep of the three-game series at McAfee Coliseum.

Oakland won the game as -130 favorites, while the 11 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8).

Kurt Suzuki homered for the A's and finished 2-for-5 with two RBIs. Dallas Braden won his first of the season with just over two scoreless innings of relief.

Nick Markakis went 3-for-5 at the plate for the Orioles. Lance Cormier gave up the winning home run and suffered the loss.
