Mariners sneak past Rangers

Ken Griffey Jr. belted a solo home run for the Mariners. Ryan Rowland-Smith tossed 6 2-3 innings for the win, allowing six hits and one run.
Elvis Andrus drove in the lone run for the Rangers. Tommy Hunter gave up nine hits and two runs over 4 1-3 innings in the loss.
