A’s stop Rays in 11 innings

The Oakland A’s scored all four runs in the 11th inning Tuesday, as they defeated the Tampa Bay Rays by a final score of 4-1 at Tropicana Field.

Oakland won the game as +180 underdogs, while the five runs went UNDER the posted over/under (9.5).

Matt Holliday went 2-for-4 at the plate and hit a three-run homer to lift the A’s. Santiago Casilla tossed an inning of relief, and was credited with the victory.

Willy Aybar drove in the only run for the Rays. Dan Wheeler surrendered the winning run and was tagged with the loss.
