A’s hold off Rays

The Oakland A’s gave up three runs late in the game, but managed to hang on for a 2-1 win over the Tampa Bay Rays Wednesday at Tropicana Field.

Oakland won the game as +160 underdogs, while the three runs went UNDER the posted over/under (10).

Orlando Cabrera had two hits, and drove in two runs to lead the A’s. Brett Anderson got the win, and Brad Ziegler notched his fifth save to secure the victory.

Carlos Pena finished 2-for-3 at the plate, including a two-run homer for the Rays.
