Late surge powers Rangers
The Texas Rangers scored four runs in the bottom of the ninth inning on Saturday, coming back to stun the Milwaukee Brewers 4-3 at Ameriquest Field.
The Rangers were home underdogs at 120, and the seven runs scored were UNDER the posted total of 9.5.
Brandon McCarthy went five innings, allowing one run on four hits, and Frank Francisco (1-0) was credited with the win. Michael Young drove in the game-winning run for the Rangers.
Ben Sheets scattered five hits over seven innings, but Francisco Cordero (0-1) took the loss. Tony Graffanino went 2-for-4 with an RBI for the Brewers.
