Blue Jays soar past Rockies

Frank Thomas belted a two-run homer and finished with four RBI, as the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Colorado Rockies 11-6 Saturday afternoon at Rogers Centre.

Toronto won the game as +110 underdogs, while the combined 17 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (10).

Matt Stairs homered and was 4-for-5 with two RBI for the Jays. Brian Wolfe came in from the bullpen to get the win in favor of starter Ty Taubenheim.

Troy Tulowitzki homered and scored twice for the Rockies, while Aaron Cook surrendered nine hits and eight runs over 5 1-3 innings in the loss.
