Cabrera, Tigers solve Blue Jays

Miguel Cabrera belted two home runs as the Detroit Tigers got their first win of the season by getting past the Toronto Blue Jays 5-1 at Rogers Centre.

Detroit won the game as +120 underdogs, while the six runs fell UNDER the posted over/under (9).

Cabrera finished 3-for-4 with four RBIs, while Zach Miner allowed just one run over 5 2-3 innings in earning the victory.

Aaron Hill drove in the lone Blue Jays run, while Jesse Litsch surrendered five runs over six innings in the loss.
