Jays pound Greinke; down Royals

The Toronto Blue Jays chased Zack Greinke for seven runs over five innings Friday, as they defeated the struggling Kansas City Royals 9-3 at Rogers Centre.

Toronto won the game as +130 underdogs, and the 12 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (7.5).

Lyle Overbay went 2-for-3 at the plate with a solo home run and three RBIs for the Blue Jays. Ricky Romero went seven innings on the mound for the win, allowing five hits and three runs.

Jose Guillen belted a two-run homer for the Royals. Greinke lost for just the second time this season.
