Rays double Jays in opener

The Tampa Bay Rays scored twice in the top of the 10th inning as they defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 4-2 Friday night at Rogers Centre.

Tampa Bay won the game as +140 underdogs, while the six runs went UNDER the posted over/under (7.5).

Evan Longoria led the Rays with three RBIs, and Matt Garza went nine innings for the win. J.P. Powell surrendered the winning runa in relief.

Aaron Hill and Marco Scutaro drove in both runs for the Blue Jays. Scott Downs gave up the winning run and suffered the loss.
