Jose Bautista belted a grand slam for his 31st home run of the season Friday, as the Toronto Blue Jays ripped apart the Cleveland Indians 8-1 in the series-opener at Rogers Centre.

The Blue Jays won the game as -200 favorites, and the nine runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8.5) set by sportsbooks.

Fred Lewis also went deep for the Blue Jays, while Shaun Marcum scattered three hits and one run over seven innings in the win.

Justin Masterson allowed 13 hits and eight runs over 5 1-3 innings in the loss.
