Rangers sweep A’s in doubleheader

The Texas Rangers completed a sweep of the doubleheader by defeating the Oakland A’s 5-2 Friday night in the series finale.

Texas won the game as -160 favorites, while the seven runs went UNDER the posted over/under (10.5).

Taylor Teagarden went 2-for-3 at the plate with two RBIs for the Rangers. Scott Feldman improved to 4-0 with the victory, and C.J. Wilson collected his fourth save.

Edgar Gonzalez gave up five runs off eight hits in five innings on the mound in the loss for the A’s.
