Lind, Blue Jays overpower Rangers

Adam Lind was 3-for-5 with two dingers and eight runs batted in to lead the Toronto Blue Jays over the Texas Rangers 18-10 on Monday night.

Toronto won as +150 road underdogs, while the teams played OVER the 10-run total listed by oddsmakers.

Rod Barajas went 2-for-4 with a pair of big flies and five RBIs for the Blue Jays, as Brett Cecil gave up seven runs over five innings to get the win for Toronto.

Ian Kinsler was 2-for-5 with three RBIs for Texas, while Derek Holland was rocked for 10 runs over three innings to take the defeat for the Rangers.
