Travis Hafner's run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning lifted the Cleveland Indians past the Minnesota Twins 4-3 on Tuesday night.

Cleveland won as +160 road underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the 9.5-run total posted by oddsmakers.

Shelley Duncan knocked in two runs for the Indians, as Rafael Perez picked up the win in relief of Justin Masterson for Cleveland.

Orlando Hudson was 2-for-4 with a run batted in for Minnesota, while Jose Mijares took the loss after allowing Hafner's double in the eighth.
