Jim Thome's two-run, walk-off blast in the bottom of the 10th inning lifted the Minnesota Twins past the Chicago White Sox 7-6 on Tuesday night.

Minnesota won as -125 home favorites, while the game played OVER the 7.5-run total listed by oddsmakers.

Thome finished 3-for-5 with three runs batted in for the Twins, as Ron Mahay picked up the win for Minnesota in relief of Scott Baker.

Mark Kotsay went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer for Chicago, while Matt Thornton took the loss after allowing Thome's shot in the bottom of the 10th.
