Celtics stifle Kings
Ray Allen had 17 points as the Boston Celtics shut down the Sacramento Kings 89-69 on Wednesday night.
The Celtics covered as the 7.5-point road underdogs as the game played well under the 190-point total posted by oddsmakers.
Paul Pierce added 16 points for Boston, which got 14 points and 10 rebounds from Kevin Garnett in the win.
Ron Artest led the way for the Kings with 15 points as John Salmons chipped in with 13 points for Sacramento.
