Pistons stifle Spurs

Detroit won as 4.5-point road underdogs as the teams played under the 186-point total set by oddsmakers.
Rasheed Wallace went for 19 points for the Pistons, who got 16 points from Richard Hamilton in the win.
Tim Duncan led the way for San Antonio with 23 points and 13 rebounds, while Tony Parker dropped 18 points for the Spurs.
