Wallace, Bobcats shut down Pistons

Gerald Wallace had 29 points, 12 rebounds, and four blocks to lead the Charlotte Bobcats past the Detroit Pistons 88-76 on Tuesday night.

Charlotte covered as 5.5-point home favorites, while the game played UNDER the 178-point total set by sportsbooks.

Stephen Jackson added 13 points and eight boards for the Bobcats, who got 12 points and nine rebounds off the bench from Nazr Mohammed in the win.

Rodney Stuckey drained 20 points for Detroit, while reserve Will Bynum scored 12 points for the Pistons.
