Spurs fend off Pacers

The San Antonio Spurs were outplayed in the fourth quarter, but managed to sneak out a 126-121 victory over the Indiana Pacers Friday night.

San Antonio covered the 4.5-point spread, and the combined 247 points sailed OVER the posted total of 200.5.

Tony Parker led the Spurs with 31 points, five rebounds and 10 assists. Tim Duncan had a double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds in the win.

Danny Granger tossed in a game-high 35 points to lead the Pacers.
