Spurs top Grizzlies

Richard Jefferson netted 18 points in leading the Spurs, while Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili had 17 each in the win.

O.J. Mayo had 23 points for the Grizzlies, and Marc Gasol netted 17 points with 13 boards for a double-double in the loss.
