Kevin Durant went off for 39 points and added 6 rebounds leading Oklahoma City to a 115-114 win over Golden State on Tuesday at Ford Center.
Oklahoma City did not, however, defeat the Warriors against the spread, which closed at 11 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 213.5.
Serge Ibaka had 19 points for Oklahoma City and Russell Westbrook chipped in with 15 points. Russell Westbrook had 9 assists for the Thunder, while Kendrick Perkins was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 13 boards.
Golden State got 35 points from Stephen Curry in a losing cause and another 24 points from David Lee. Monta Ellis contributed 11 assists for the Warriors, while David Lee had 15 rebounds.
The Thunder hit the break leading 58-50 before taking care of business in the second half.
The rebound battle favored Oklahoma City as they grabbed 52 boards, while Golden State only had 42.
