New Orleans got 14 points from Ryan Anderson in a losing cause and another 9 points from Austin Rivers. Greivis Vasquez contributed 7 assists for the Hornets, while Al-Farouq Aminu had 7 rebounds.
First-half bettors who backed Oklahoma City were victorious, as the score was 62-45 at the break.
Oklahoma City won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 48-25.
Oklahoma City looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Nuggets. The Hornets will aim to get back on the winning track vs Detroit.
