Brandon Roy had 27 points and six rebounds to lift the Portland Trail Blazers to a 120-114 overtime win over the New York Knicks on Saturday night.

Portland cashed as 2.5-point road favorites as the teams played over the 191-point total posted by sportsbooks.

LaMarcus Aldridge added 22 points and 10 boards for the Trail Blazers, who got 15 points apiece from Martell Webster and Steve Blake in the win.

Nate Robinson went for 45 points, six rebounds, and six assists for New York as Quentin Richardson netted 20 points for the Knicks.
