Spurs get past Knicks

Tony Parker scored 22 points Sunday, as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the New York Knicks 95-88.

The Spurs were a 3.5-point favorite in the game and were able to cover the spread. The combined score fell UNDER the posted over/under total (198).

Manu Ginobili added 17 points for San Antonio and Tim Duncan dropped in 13 points.

David Lee led New York with 28 points and 10 rebounds, while Al Harrington had 19 points.
