Charlotte got 18 points from Ramon Sessions in a losing cause and another 17 points from Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. Kemba Walker contributed 11 assists for the Bobcats, while Michael Kidd-Gilchrist had 10 rebounds.
The Trail Blazers hit the break leading 68-55 before taking care of business in the second half.
Charlotte had a 44-41 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
