Minnesota Falls 90-86 to Grizzlies - Recap

Tony Allen scored 20 points leading the Grizzlies to a 90-86 victory over Minnesota at Target Center on Wednesday.

The Grizzlies were a 4.5-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 196.5.

Memphis got 19 points from Rudy Gay and another 14 points from O.J. Mayo. Mike Conley contributed 8 assists, while Marc Gasol cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.

Minnesota got 27 points from Kevin Love in a losing cause and another 13 points from Luke Ridnour. Ricky Rubio contributed 10 assists for the Timberwolves, while Kevin Love had 14 rebounds.

The Grizzlies hit the break leading 43-37 before taking care of business in the second half.

Minnesota won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 50-46.

Memphis heads into a battle against the Jazz. Minnesota, meanwhile, will have their next action against Cleveland.
