Houston cruised to victory on Friday, running Washington out of the gym and running up a 103-76 score at Toyota Center.
The Rockets were a 9-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 197.5.
Houston got 21 points from Chase Budinger and another 19 points from Luis Scola. Goran Dragic contributed 7 assists, while Jordan Hill cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Washington got 17 points from John Wall in a losing cause and another 15 points from Nick Young. John Wall contributed 6 assists for the Wizards, while JaVale McGee had 11 rebounds.
Houston led at halftime, 44-41.
The rebound battle favored Houston as they grabbed 55 boards, while Washington only had 44.
Houston looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Knicks. The Wizards will aim to get back on the winning track at Charlotte.
