The battle between the Rockets and Suns didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Phoenix was handed a 111-81 defeat on Wednesday at Toyota Center.

Houston got 19 points from Donatas Motiejunas and another 18 points from James Harden. Jeremy Lin contributed 6 assists, while Greg Smith cleaned the glass with 12 rebounds.
Phoenix got 15 points from Wes Johnson in a losing cause and another 11 points from Goran Dragic. Kendall Marshall contributed 6 assists for the Suns, while Markieff Morris had 5 rebounds.
The Rockets hit the break leading 58-45 before taking care of business in the second half.
Houston won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 46-29.
Houston looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Timberwolves. The Suns will aim to get back on the winning track at Atlanta.
