Bulls charge past Rockets

The Chicago Bulls allowed just 14 points in the fourth quarter to help edge the Houston Rockets 105-102 at the United Center Saturday.

Chicago covered as a 1-point home favorite while the final score played over the 197-point total.

Rookie guard Derrick Rose led the Bulls with 22 points while forward Tyrus Thomas chipped in with 19 points and 11 rebounds.

The Rockets got 32 points from forward Ron Artest, who also pulled down seven boards. Center Yao Ming added 17 points in the loss.
