Oklahoma City Falls 111-88 to Magic - Recap
The battle between the Magic and Thunder didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Oklahoma City was handed a 111-88 defeat on Friday at Amway Center.
Orlando was the ATS victor, as they covered the 6-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 204.5 were rewarded at the payout window.
Orlando got 40 points from Dwight Howard and another 17 points from Jason Richardson. Hedo Turkoglu contributed 10 assists, while Dwight Howard cleaned the glass with 15 rebounds.
Oklahoma City got 23 points from Kevin Durant in a losing cause and another 18 points from Russell Westbrook. Eric Maynor contributed 7 assists for the Thunder, while Kevin Durant had 16 rebounds.
Orlando led at halftime, 59-48.
Orlando had a 53-46 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, Orlando takes its act home to face Charlotte looking for another win. For Oklahoma City, they head home to face Los Angeles.
