Indiana Defeats Orlando 106-85 - Recap
The battle between the Pacers and Magic didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Orlando was handed a 106-85 defeat on Sunday at Amway Center.
The Pacers were a 3.5-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 182.5.
Indiana got 24 points from Danny Granger and another 16 points from David West. Darren Collison contributed 10 assists, while Paul George cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
The Magic got a 24-point performance from Dwight Howard, who was supported by 14 points from Chris Duhon. Hedo Turkoglu had 7 assists in a losing cause for Orlando, while Dwight Howard grabbed 13 rebounds.
Indiana trailed at halftime, 51-48.
Indiana had a 43-33 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Indiana looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Nets. The Magic will aim to get back on the winning track at Philadelphia.
