Los Angeles vs San Antonio Recap - Spurs Win 116-92
The battle between the Spurs and Clippers didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Los Angeles was handed a 116-92 defeat on Saturday at AT&T Center.
San Antonio won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the 9.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 205.5.
San Antonio got 22 points from Tiago Splitter and another 19 points from Tim Duncan. Tony Parker contributed 9 assists, while Tim Duncan cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Los Angeles got 24 points from Jamal Crawford in a losing cause and another 19 points from Blake Griffin. Jamal Crawford contributed 7 assists for the Clippers, while DeAndre Jordan had 10 rebounds.
San Antonio led at halftime, 70-35.
San Antonio had a 42-33 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
