Miami got 25 points from Chris Bosh and another 12 points from Ray Allen. LeBron James contributed 6 assists, while Udonis Haslem cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Charlotte got 22 points from Al Jefferson in a losing cause and another 16 points from Ramon Sessions. Kemba Walker contributed 8 assists for the Bobcats, while Al Jefferson had 14 rebounds.
Miami trailed at halftime, 60-53.
Miami won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 43-34.
Next game, Miami takes its act on the road to face Atlanta looking for another win. For Charlotte, they head home to face Toronto.
