Portland Defeats Los Angeles 124-112 - Recap

Damian Lillard went off for 34 points and added 2 rebounds leading Portland to a 124-112 win over Los Angeles on Tuesday at STAPLES Center.

Portland won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the 8.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 219.5.

Portland got 31 points from LaMarcus Aldridge and another 16 points from Nicolas Batum. Damian Lillard contributed 8 assists, while LaMarcus Aldridge cleaned the glass with 15 rebounds.

Los Angeles got 40 points from Nick Young in a losing cause and another 17 points from Kent Bazemore. Steve Nash contributed 10 assists for the Lakers, while Ryan Kelly had 9 rebounds.

The Trail Blazers hit the break leading 63-61 before taking care of business in the second half.

The rebound battle favored Portland as they grabbed 50 boards, while Los Angeles only had 45.
