Recap - Warriors Defeat Utah 130-102
The battle between the Warriors and Jazz didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Utah was handed a 130-102 defeat on Sunday at Oracle Arena.
The Warriors were a 11.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 197.5.
Golden State got 33 points from Klay Thompson and another 31 points from Stephen Curry. Stephen Curry contributed 16 assists, while Andrew Bogut cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Utah got 24 points from Trey Burke in a losing cause and another 24 points from Alec Burks. Trey Burke contributed 15 assists for the Jazz, while Enes Kanter had 12 rebounds.
The Warriors hit the break leading 66-52 before taking care of business in the second half.
The rebound battle favored Golden State as they grabbed 45 boards, while Utah only had 37.
Next game, Golden State takes its act home to face Denver looking for another win. For Utah, they head home to face Dallas.
