The Jazz got a 22-point performance from Alec Burks, who was supported by 21 points from Gordon Hayward. Trey Burke had 7 assists in a losing cause for Utah, while Enes Kanter grabbed 12 rebounds.
First-half bettors who backed Los Angeles were victorious, as the score was 57-51 at the break.
Utah won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 37-36.
Los Angeles looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Spurs. The Jazz will aim to get back on the winning track at Minnesota.
