Mountain West Conference Tournament - Recap - UNLV Defeats Wyoming 71-67

UNLV got 22 points from Bryce Dejean-Jones as they ran past Wyoming 71-67 on Thursday at Thomas & Mack Center.

UNLV did not, however, defeat Wyoming against the spread, which closed at 8 at most sportsbooks.

UNLV got 18 points from Roscoe Smith and another 15 points from Deville Smith. Khem Birch contributed 4 assists, while Roscoe Smith cleaned the glass with 13 rebounds.

Wyoming got 24 points from Josh Adams in a losing cause and another 18 points from Jerron Granberry. Josh Adams contributed 3 assists for them, while Derek Cooke Jr. had 10 rebounds.

First-half bettors who backed UNLV were victorious, as the score was 28-27 at the break.

UNLV had a 38-32 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
