Ravens soar past Raiders
The Baltimore Ravens defense limited the Oakland Raiders to only 162 yards on offense, while picking up six sacks Sunday afternoon, as the Ravens defeated the Raiders 28-6.
The Ravens had been favored by 13-points in the game and were able to cover the large spread. The combined score caused this game to be a PUSH on the posted over/under total (34).
Steve McNair completed 16-of-33 passes for 143 yards with a touchdown and an interception for Baltimore. Jamal Lewis rushed for 70 yards on 19 carries.
Andrew Walter replaced Raiders’ quarterback Aaron Brooks in the first quarterback after Brooks left the game with a shoulder injury. Walter completed 10-of-27 passes for 162 yards with three interceptions.
