Wolverines exact revenge on Notre Dame
Mike Hart carried the ball 31 times for 120 yards and a touchdown, and Chad Henne threw three touchdown passes as No.11 Michigan pounded No.2 Notre Dame 47-21 at Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday.
Michigan were 5.5-point underdogs to win on the road, and the 68 points scored were OVER the posted total of 50.
Henne was 13-for-22 for 220 yards on the day, as well as an interception, and Mario Manningham caught four balls for 137 yards and three scores for the Wolverines.
Brady Quinn was 24-for-48 for 232 yards and three majors, but he also threw three picks. Rhema McKnight had five receptions for 77 yards and a score for the Fighting Irish.
