Golden Eagles Fall 44-3 Against Arkansas - Game Recap
Arkansas's aerial attack produced 301 yards and the Razorbacks produced a 44-3 victory over Tennessee Tech on Saturday at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
The Razorbacks earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the 49-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 64.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
Knile Davis rushed for 67 yards, while Dennis Johnson added 60 yards in the win. Joe Adams and D.J. Williams added 138 and 68 receiving yards respectively.
Cass Barnes rushed for 31 yards for Tennessee Tech, while Jocques Crawford added 19 yards. Tre Lamb threw for 99 yards for the Golden Eagles, while receivers Henry Sailes and Colin Allen had 40 and 31 yards respectively.
Tennessee Tech was outgained by Arkansas 519-187 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 21-12 by the Razorbacks.
Arkansas lost the time of possession battle 33:31/26:29, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Arkansas looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Louisiana-Monroe. Tennessee Tech will aim to get back on the winning track at TCU.
