Warriors fall to visiting Fresno State
Wendell Mathis rushed for three scores Saturday as the Fresno State Bulldogs defeated the Hawaii Warriors by a 27-13 final score.
The Bulldogs also paid off in this one, covering the 13-point spread. The combined score fell UNDER the contest’s posted total (70).
Bulldogs QB Paul Pinegar went 15-of-25 for 213 yards in the win, throwing a TD pass to Jermaine Jamison and getting intercepted twice.
Colt Brennan was good on 35-of-55 pass attempts for 332 yards for Hawaii. Brennan found Davone Bess in the end zone, and was also picked off twice.
