Wildcats outlast Ragin' Cajuns
Josh Freeman broke Kansas State's career yardage record and threw three touchdowns to help the Wildcats beat the Louisana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns 45-37 on Saturday afternoon.
The Wildcats failed to cover the large 20.5-point spread, while the combined score played OVER the day's posted total of 63.
Freeman was 21-of-28 for 272 yards on the day.
Michael Desormeaux , the nation's leading rusher among quarterbacks, had 134 yards on 20 carries and passed for 136 yards for the Cajuns.
