Idaho takes down New Mexico State
The Idaho Vandals did all their work in the first half, holding on for a 21-6 win over the New Mexico State Aggies at Aggie Memorial Stadium in Week 1.
Idaho covered as a 2-point road underdogs while the final score played under the 50-point total.
The Vandals were led by quarterback Nathan Enderle, who finished with 179 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Running back Princeton McCarty totaled 96 yards and a score on the ground.
Aggies quarterback Jeff Fleming passed for 230 yards and an interception while running back Marquell Colston rushed for 50 yards.
